Problem Definition
Nowadays, the diversity of merchandise presents a big problem for shoppers. The availability of different brands, prices and qualities of one product can make shopping experience overwhelming.
Database of product location and information can perfectly solve this problem by leading the shoppers to the exact products they want. However, the communication between the database and the users is critical.

Problem Statement
To help shoppers easily find the right product and make the best decision, designing an app to navigate the product location and display the product information becomes important.
Using augmented reality display can help shoppers better understand all those informations from the database.
Design Process
User Flow
I create a user flow base on two shopping behavior:
Shoppers know what to buy, and shoppers don't know what to buy.

Key Point:
-
AR function: the app uses augmented reality display for better understanding.
-
Shopping list function: shopper can create a list and directly follow the indoor navigation.
-
Product information: when a shopper is walking around, the system will decide whether to show the AR product information base on shopper's duration.
-
Comments: the system will show friend's comments before stranger's.
